Panda Street is a new NFT collection on Solana whose 7,777 tokens were publicly minted on September 16th, 2021 at 0.15 SOL each, and sold out the same day.
The collection features pandas wearing various street outfits and accessories. As is usual for the genre, some traits (and thus pandas) are much rarer than others.
Despite the technical issues that affected the Solana network the last couple of days and caused millions of transactions to fail, Panda Street still managed to sell out its entire collection of 7,777 tokens on mint day, which was no small feet given the state of the network.
On the other hand, hype was real at mint time in the Panda Street Discord server and the sell-out came as no surprise for the project’s fans.
Listed on Digital Eyes, Panda Street tokens are currently changing hands at a floor price of 0.27 SOL, almost twice their mint value, with a total sales volume of 679.03 SOL at print time.
